After you’ve filled in the Information and documentation service request form or the Translation price quote request form I will reply to you as soon as possible (usually within 24h) confirming my ability to provide the information you demanded, or asking for you to upload the source file (in the case of a translation document) .

Payment terms:

    A deposit shall be made upon confirmation of a project. For the information and documentation service the deposit is of 50 USD, and in the case of a translation project it amounts to 50% of the total price quoted.

Payment method:

       I use PayPal services. An invoice will be sent to you by e-mail and you can pay using a credit card or a Paypal account by following a secure link to the PayPal website.
